Manufacture Steel Strip Coil Uncoiler Machine Manual/ Hydraulic Decoiler with Single/ Double Head
Introduction
Uncoiler is used for supporting strip steel coil and open it as strip steel with peeler, so as to make preparation for the pipe forming process.
The uncoiler is equipped with hydraulic arms and head cutter. For the uncoiling procedure, the uncoiler cone head will clamp the steel coil while the press roller of the end straightener moves down to tighten steel coil.

Main Features
1. Hydraulic cylinder expands the mandrel that automatically centers the coil.
2. The reinforced spindle is capable of loading the coil more than 5tons.
3. AC Drive and proportional speed control combine to provide smooth material payoff.
4. Equipped with inverter and disc brake, MTC models use a manually adjustable speed control knob to make the operator set the payoff speed.
5. Pneumatic press arm and support arm prevent coil from loosening.
6. Coil car allows simple and safe coil loading increasing productivity.
