Shearing and Butt-Welder is used to cut off the irregular part of coil head and tail ends, and align the former tail with the latter head and weld them together to feed materials continuously for the spiral loop.

Performance features:

1. The position of weld seam can be adjust automatically, and the width of weld can be set automatically.

2. The weld seam is inclined with the cross section of the strip, so the weld seam of finished pipe is in spiral line, which improves the weld strength and pipe rigidity, and protects the rollers as well.

3. Shearing and Butt-Welder is with high reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
