Strip Accumulators
Installed between shear & end welder and forming mill, horizontal spiral accumulator store a large amount of strip in a reasonable footprint space to give enough time for shear & end welder to cut and join the ends of two successive coils with non-stop tube mill. The principle of operation is simple. The strip is fed into the accumulator by a set of pinch rolls, before that, the strip is twisted 90 degree for entering the pinch rolls. The accumulator is designed for strip to outside feeding and center output. The number of strip wrap can be fixed or variable, depending on the thickness and width of material.
1.Low turnover bracket. Consisted of bracket,horizontal roller and vertical roller.
2.Angel adjusttable flip bracket. Consisted of support frame,angel control borad,adjusttable roller and stop roller.
3.Leveling and feeding machine. Adopt two shaft pinching type,consisted of transmission part,pinch part,stop roller part and base part.
4.Horizontal spiral accumulator.Used to store material and drive steel strip,consisted of drive part,inner part,neutral roller part,horizontal roller part,outer ring roller part and feeding in roller frame part.
5.High turnover bracket.Consisted of high bracket,horizontal roller and vertical roller.
6.Electric controlling box.Made of controller cabinet,safety protection,e-stop button.
