Product Details
1. Forming Section
Pass the logo printing device.The steel coil will be driven by roll sets.The holder materials is HT200,the stand materials is 40 Cr.
2. Welding Section
Depend on your need, we can offer different TIG welding, such as argon welding ,ultrasonic ,plasma welding .
3. Grinding Section
Semi Automatic Grinding Heads(controlling grinding head to move up and down by motor) or PLC control full automatic grinding heads.
4. Sizing and Straightening Section
Turk head will make the pipe more straight ,there will be no deformation. Turk head can change the shape of pipes, like square ,rectangle pipe.
5. Cutting Section
Metal saw cutting, the cut of the pipe will be smoother and reduce burrs.
Production Flow
Scrolling up→ Forming → Welding→ Grinding → Sizing→ Straightening→ Cutting → Run out table →Inspecting→ Packing→ Warehouse
Application
Stainless steel decorative tube mill is mainly used for produing SS pipes for furniture industry, construction industry, home appliances. The machine can produce round tube, square tube, rectangular tube, oval tube ect. It also can produce half pipe, plum pipe and different shaped tube. Main applications including:

(1)Every gear box will be tested for 8 hours with oil inside to guarantee there is no leak.
(2)Every shaft will be inspected for the centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure its in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
