Production Technology Process

The Cold Rolled Steel Machine is a high-strength cold forming production line, which is designed for high-strength special plates and can meet the cold forming load. Equipment Use

The cold bending equipment is used for automobile top cover. It can also be used for wide plate forming, the width can be up to 1800~2000mm, quick-change plate, online continuous stamping, and cutting.

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
